You will close your eyes here, and open them somewhere worth waking.

One crossing. A thousand years of quiet. Then a morning with clean water, open ground, and a life you chose before you slept. Configure your family's passage below — what the crossing includes, what is standing when you wake, and the life you'll take up there.

Passage

Choose your berth

Every berth crosses the same distance in the same sleep. What differs is your thaw wave — the colony wakes in stages over eight years, and your wave decides what is already standing, already planted, and already spoken for when you arrive.

Vocation

Choose your life there

Tell us the work you want. Preferences are recorded with the Allocation Board before you sleep and weighed against colony need at landfall.

Options

Complete your berth

Additions may be attached to any class and are payable at signing.

Circle

Travelling with friends

Households who sign in the same season often assume they have booked alike. They rarely compare papers — it is an awkward thing to ask. Set your friends' class here, or enter their reservation number and let the desk settle the question for you. Seniority can be secured against a friend's reservation, for a small fee.

A note on what you are buying

We do not sell an escape. We sell the unfinished.

Families come to us tired. Tired of the queue, the form, the committee, the water you cannot drink and the air you cannot open a window to. They ask us for somewhere without those problems, and we tell them the truth: there is no such place, and we would not sell it to you if there were.

What waits at landfall is not the absence of problems. It is the first of them — a river with no bridge, a district with no doctor, a schoolhouse that exists only because somebody decides this year to raise it. You are not leaving the work behind. You are buying your way to the front of it, while it is still small enough for one household to move.

That is the whole offer. Not a world without difficulty, but a world whose difficulties are still yours to name. Every class on this sheet is priced by how early you would like to begin, and how much of the beginning you would like already done for you when you arrive.
